1. What was the first thing you noticed about her/him?

Tanisha- The first thing I noticed about Lorenzo at the young age of 9, was his long black hair. The hair had me obsessed. I had the biggest crush ever since I laid eyes on him. He is my first & last boyfriend, as I always say. I thought he was the finest thing at Carter. I literally use to pray for him to be my boyfriend. He came to me one day before school. Lining up to go in and when he approached me. He was like "I like your pants" I was so dazed. I didn't know what to say, I was just like "thank you", but they were the same navy blue school pants we all wore every day. Since that day I couldn't get rid of him. I was head over hills in puppy. He kept popping up in every stage of life. We literally grew up together. It's fate.

Lorenzo- The first thing I noticed about Tanisha is when we was in school she was always laughing and hiding behind her friends in line, l use to catch her every time. Then when I finally seen her outside lining up for class I finally said something to her it wasn't the best line but i went for it and all I could come up with is I LIKE YOUR SCHOOL PANTS. I don't know what I was thinking lol but it worked out. She look at me smiling then I notice her freckles on that pretty face I instantly fell in love and she been my girl every since then.

2. How do you share fun?

Tanisha- We always find things to do. We stay outside or out of town. The most fun I feel like we have though is when we just vibing in the house. Watching movies, listening to music, playing cards, or just sitting back cracking jokes about each other. We always have a good time. He really my best friend. We can talk about anything. We make fun out of everything we do.

Lorenzo- We always have fun. We travel a lot. We vibe any where and anytime. We go out on dates still like it's our first time, I really love that. We are always being silly with one another. We always laughing and cracking jokes without even trying. We got a real vibe, it's always a good time no matter what.

3. What's the most romantic moment, so far?

Tanisha- The most romantic moment for me was our second valentine's day with each other as adults. We had dinner plans, we got ready to go out and as we headed to the car. Zo, ran back in to supposedly grab something, don't know what he said it was. All I know is he took forever to come back out. I had no idea what was going on and really was just ready to go because we were running late per usual. Didn't think nothing of it. When we returned to the house, again he I had to wait before went in. "I was like ok, I guess." When I entered the house, he had roses and candles laid out from the door going to room. It was a whole moment, my first time having someone set it out for me like that. I felt so loved, and so special.

Lorenzo- The most romantic moment for me was when we were in Jamaica for the first time. We walked down this path with lights going all the way to the candle lit dinner on the ocean, I had set up for her. We set and waited for our food to come out and then this song girls like you came on, and she started doing this little dance with her hands, smiling, while singing the song then an air plane came flying over us that made the scene even better. I was looking at her smiling, like damn you look so good. It was the glow on her face with the candles surrounding her. I fell in love all over again.

4. When did you realize you were in love?

Tanisha- I first realized I was in love as an adult, when Zo came back around. I was in college; he came to visit me. I'm like this man is coming every weekend to come see me all the way in DeKalb from Indiana. We were over kicking it, he never asked for nothing. We were literally becoming friends all over again. When I was in the city, he was right on my mama porch with me kicking it. The love came so easy, because I've been knowing this man my whole life. I never expected for us become so involved, it was so unexpected. It was a time he came out to my house, and we were running through the house like kids, playing like we were back at carter elementary school. I'm like, Oh my god I love this man. It was just natural. God made him just for me. We are meant to be. The one that never got away.

Lorenzo- I realized I was in love when I started wanting to see her every day, every chance I got, I started to come to her mom house just to hang out with her from sun up to sun down I spent my whole summer with her every day and I loved every moment then when she went back to school in DeKalb I didn’t see her for a whole week and it was driving me crazy so guess what I did lol I started going to DeKalb from Indiana every chance I got even when I was at work I started to stop by every chance I got even though I was in this big semi truck I found away to see her and it felt so right being with her that’s when I knew I was in love with this girl.

5. When did you know you wanted to marry her/him?Tanisha- The Icing on the cake for me was seeing Zo as a parent, it gave husband energy. The way this man care for his daughters is so genuine and amazing. I love the way he loves. I was like yes; I want him so much more. I love the way he cares for me already, his love for his babies topped it off. Instantly, I saw the rest of my life with him. Having kids, spending forever together.

Lorenzo- I knew I wanted to marry Tanisha after I seen how good of a person she is and how she love my daughters as if they where her own I really love that about her and how she loves her family no matter what she always there when people need her and how it still feels like the first day we met when were together, we still hang out, we still go on dates, we still do every thing with each other were still best friends we got each other no matter what and I love that I always told her this the best relationship I ever had and now its time to show her I really mean it and that I want to be with her for the rest of my life I love you baby its about that time we show the world we in this for the long run this ain’t no game.
